GRAPEFRUIT POUND CAKE with GLAZE – dairy-free/soy-free
Pound cake by name, but not in ingredients… made with organic olive oil, organic white whole wheat flour, and locally grown citrus. Grapefruit is elevated three ways – in the batter, in the syrup that we pour over, and in the glaze that we finish them off with. It is a classic cake at its best.
Directions: Keep on your counter for up to 4 days or refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy cold, at room temperature or slightly warm.
Ingredients: *white whole wheat flour, *local grapefruit (zest and juice), *olive oil, *coconut milk, cage-free eggs, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.
