The filling is made with lean grass-fed beef, roasted poblano peppers, roasted red onions, and Mexican cotija cheese! The sauce is simply perfect and not too spicy!

DIRECTIONS: Preheat oven to 375. Bake 20-30 minutes, covered with foil, until thoroughly heated. If purchased frozen, thaw the night before and bake for 1 hour. Or bake straight from the freezer for 2 – 2-1/2 hours, covered with foil.
