We start with homemade pecan butter – using locally grown pecans. We add in our favorite gluten-free flour blend of oat and almond. They are sweetened with pure maple which gives them a caramelized flavor when combined with the toasty flavor from pecans! Lastly we chop dark chocolate into jagged chunks and lightly sprinkle them with salt to make them even more special!
